Obligations and responsibilities of the lessor
The lessor is obliged to hand over the vessel to the lessee clean, tidy and in good condition. In case of existing damages, the lessor is obliged to notify the lessee.

Damage caused during the rental
The renter must report any damage caused to the boat during the rental to the renter or an employee of Mare Media.
The inspection of damage to the boat must be in the presence of the lessee and the lessor (or any employee of Mare Media).
Mare Media is indemnified for any damage caused by improper, irresponsible or unprofessional management of the boat towards a third party, other people’s property, other vessels (all responsibility rests with the renter).
